Kidepo Valley National Park

Located North East to the wild border with South soudan in Karamoja region, make it the most isolated national park of Uganda, this is transected by the Kidepo and Narus rivers, it is 1442 square kilometers sized park savannah The park is a true wilderness destination for the adventurous and has excellent wildlife-viewing during the Dry season, featuring several species not encountered anywhere else in the country, a home of cheetah,leopard, elephant,hyena, giraffe, zebra, fox etc.

majors activities are game drives,the sand bed along River Kidepo,Birding, Nature walk, mount Morungole hiking,and Karamajong community tour.
