Gisovu Tea Estates is located in Karongi District, about a 4-hour journey from Kigali. Tea growing in Gisovu began during the colonial era, with its factory being established in 1977. This historical estate offers visitors a unique glimpse into the rich tradition of tea cultivation in Rwanda.
